Role Summary
The Junior Dive Partner Trainee is an internship role in the organization that undergoes an intensive training program intended to be part of the sales and operations team to promote all the services, conduct classes, and manage freediving-related requirements upon deployment.
​
During the training period, successful candidates to enter the program will undergo an ideal 3-month combined training program, teaching demonstrations, and operational onboard process. Each candidate is also required to be an ambassador for the brand to increase interest, and consideration for the brand and find clients to grow the business.
