  • How to fully maximize my dive classes?
Keep the AC temperature no lower than 25°C. Cold temperature dry your sinuses, causing air blockage that prevents us to equalize. Smoking cigarettes and vapes are irritants to our nasal and ear passages, preventing us at times to properly do equalization. Smoke at your own risk. Refrain from having coffee, liquor and dairy products before and within the dive scheduled sessions so you can perform during your trainings. Take one at your own risk. Visit your doctor if you have Allergic Rhinitis, heart-conditions, arthritis, and lung problems. These helps Juan Dive on the approach the team will take during your sessions. Take food and drinks that are rich in potassium, iron and electrolytes.
