Role Summary

The Dive Partner Trainee is an internship role in the organization that undergoes an intensive training program intended to be part of the sales and operations team to promote all the services, conduct classes, and manage freediving-related requirements upon deployment.

 

During the training period, successful candidates to enter the program will undergo an ideal 3-month to up to 5-month combined training program, teaching demonstrations, and operational onboard process. Each candidate is also required to be an ambassador for the brand to increase interest, and consideration for the brand and find clients for growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Become a Junior Dive Partner by completing the internship program requirements.

• Familiarization with the operational workflow of conducting classes

• Increase brand awareness, and grow enrollments by promoting Juan Dive’s brand and its services.

Qualifications:

• Freediving experience of at least 1 year with regular training is an advantage but not a requirement

• Must have good business acumen to ensure business operations will run smoothly.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Must be a catalyst, revolutionary, prudent, and growth-oriented.

• Events management, travel management, physical education, teaching, coaching, or any sports science, fitness, and wellness background and experience is an advantage.

• Successful candidates will undergo freedive training assessments and operations onboard training, and agree to sign a partnership bond with the club by rendering a certain total number of services of 2,500 hours, a mix of freedive class (operations) and back-end office projects.

• Must be willing to have an exclusive affiliation with Juan Dive and its subsidiaries only.
