Sanay - Refinement and Basics Mastery is a continuing basic training program for depth disciplines and is designed to bring new freedivers comfortably down to a maximum depth of 10m for both Free Immersion (FIM) and Constant Weight (CWTB) disciplines.
​
This basic training level program for depth disciplines provides more context on the skills acquired from any introductory courses, allowing new freedivers to refine their skills through more simplified techniques and build good muscle memory for efficiency.
​
The program also serves as a preparation for Linya | Basics of Depth and Rescue program, which requires a dive comfortability of 10m for both FIM and CWT.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
- Enhanced Relaxation Technique - Visualization & Gratefulness
- Relationship of pressure, air spaces, and lung volume to depth
- Relationship of depth to oxygen and CO2 build up.
- Relaxed full breath, breath-holding, and proper entry for FIM and CWT
- Understanding of the Anatomy of Equalization
- Proper descent, turn, and ascent for FIM and CWT
- Proper recovery and post-dive essentials

- (2) Open Water session, 2 hours each | 1-day Class
- (3) Open Water session, 2 hours each | 2-day Class

HOW TO ENROLL FOR THE CLASS?​

Request for a quotation via online form.

The quotation will be sent by freedivewithjuandive@gmail.com to the provided email address in the submitted quotation request.

Once okay, pay for the reservation fee required to secure a slot.

Send a copy of your payment transaction via Juan Dive's Messenger.

The slot/s is/are already confirmed payment and Juan Dive will undergo payment verification within 48 hours.

Once payment has been verified, the invoice and payment receipt will be sent by freedivewithjuandive@gmail.com to the provided email address.
